Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua congratulated quick-thinking Vaughan Enforcement Officer, Ryan Kay. Ryan was off-duty, making his way home early on February 15, 2019. He spotted a vehicle matching the description of a car from an Amber Alert. Ryan immediately called 911 as he safely followed the suspect vehicle. From there, OPP Officers took over.
