Raptors make history with NBA Finals championship

It was a historical night on June 13th when the Toronto Raptors won the NBA Finals Championship. 1,200 fans gathered in Jurassic Park Vaughan (the Courtyard at Vaughan City Hall) and watched Game 6 on a 2-storey outdoor screen! Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua stated “Let me once again congratulate the Toronto Raptors for their remarkable win and for becoming the 2019 NBA Finals champions. The team has made us proud and they always will!”.
