Mental Health in Motion
Ride, run, or walk to raise funds for mental health. Under the new name, Mental Health in Motion, funds raised go directly to MOBYSS -- CMHA York South Simcoe’s Mobile Youth Walk-In Clinic. There is a 100 km ride, 20 km ride and 5km ride, run or walk.
