The Party for Cancer Care

On Saturday, April 6th at the Terrace Banquet Centre, the Party for Cancer Care was hosted by Vaughan in Motion. The Banquet Centre filled in no time with friends, family and neighbours from around Vaughan. Everyone came dressed to impress! Door prizes featured jewellery from Finch Centre Jewellers of Maple. The Party for Cancer Care featured a deluxe bar, fabulous food stations, pasta, risotto, veal roast, dessert and so much more. Part of the Silent Auction that was hosted that evening was the "Big Wheel of Cheese" from Totera Fine Foods. Afterwards, guests got up and danced to the musical styles of bb Blanc! Throughout the night, everyone heard from George St. Kitts's Motown Boyz and 9 year old singing sensation, Roberta Battaglia. Before leaving, guests enjoyed some late night snacks from Harvey's and Pizzaville. This year's Party for Cancer Care was undoubtedly a huge success. Net Proceeds from that evening will be directed to Cancer Care at the Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital and in trust for Cancer Care at the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital.
