The 3rd Annual Speranza Annual Fundraising Gala

The Third Annual Speranza Fundraising Gala drew a huge crowd to the Riviera Events and Convention Centre recently. Issuing the invitation was “A Touch of Love and Hope Foundation.” The non-profit charitable organization supports a number of initiatives, including accessible housing for persons with disabilities and providing health care and relieving poverty both globally and close to home. The charity was founded in 2014 by Geraldine and John Di Marco and is operated by a Board of Directors and a number of volunteers. This year’s Gala featured John Di Marco, together with Andrea Trentadue of CHIN TV as the Master(s) of Ceremonies and saw Vaughan Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua acting as the Honorary Gala Patron. Guests enjoyed a full course dinner with deluxe open bar, dancing, a silent auction and raffle as well as live entertainment. The evening also featured media awards and a lottery draw!
