More retail spaces, restaurants coming to Bayview Avenue and St. John's area

Months after the new T & T Supermarket opened in Aurora, construction is still ongoing in the plaza.

Just the Facts:

• The plaza is located at the northeast corner of Bayview Avenue and St. John’s Sideroad;

 

• T & T opened in the fall 2018;

• The plaza is made up of several units, including T & T Supermarket on the north side of the plaza; Kelsey’s Original Roadhouse facing St. John’s Sideroad; a 10,000-square-foot multi-unit building with five businesses; a two-unit, 8,500-square-foot retail building with a fitness gym; and a 3,800-square-foot retail building;

 

• Current businesses located in the southwest corner of plaza include: Aurora Newmarket Dental Care; St. John’s Active Care, registered massage, chiropractor and physiotherapy centre; Pedi N Nails; and Yunshang Rice Noodle House;

• Opening soon is a Korean barbecue restaurant;

 

• There are about 280 parking spaces in the plaza;

• According to developer, the Rice Group, site plans also include a residential building at the southeast corner of the 6.2-acre property.
