York Regional Police Deputy Chief Thomas Carrique will assume his new role as Commissioner of the OPP on April 8th. Thomas has dedicated 29 years of his career ensuring the safety and security of the citizens of the City of Vaughan. His presence will surely be missed at the YRP.
