It may look like just empty land now with one promotional sign pitched, but the area of Markham just east of Highway 7 and Warden Avenue will one day be home to three condo towers. These condos will range in height from 22 to 41 storeys. South, east and west-facing suites will have views of the Rouge River Valley. North-facing suites will overlook streets leading to downtown Unionville.

Prices: Range from $411,100 to up to $875,900 for the penthouse

Location: The condos will be located in what’s known as Uptown Markham. These Riverview condos will be located south of Markham Town Square and Highway 7 and east of Warden Avenue.
