City of Vaughan Menorah Lighting Ceremony

On December 9, the community was welcome to attend the City of Vaughan's Menorah Lighting Ceremony at Garnet A. Williams Community Centre. The lighting ceremony was held in celebration of Chanukah. Guests enjoyed a variety of free, family-friendly activities and treats. Rabbi Mendel Kaplan was joined by Councillor Sandra Yeung-Racco, Councillor Alan Shefman and Thornhill MP Peter Kent during the ceremony. The Menorah Lighting was enjoyed by all who attended.
