This past month YORK9 Football Club announced snapd as their official Community Media Partner. “The synergies and market coverage that snapd provides will allow us the ability to not only showcase our team on the pitch, but also promote the activities of our club within each of the 9 communities that represent York Region”, says Preben Ganzhorn, President YORK9 Football Club. “This partnership goes beyond media coverage” says snapd CEO Paul Dutton. “YORK9 FC will also be utilizing the creative services of snapd Design, snapd Augmented Reality and other innovative technologies”. YORK9 is excited to bring a historic first to York Region, with the introduction of a full-time professional Soccer Club playing against 6 other Canadian Clubs from coast to coast within the Canadian Premier League (CPL). Home matches will be played at York University in a state-of-the-art stadium originally built for the 2015 PanAm Games.
