Weston Road & Highway 7 Vision Open House

On November 7, collaboratively with residents, landowners, industry professionals and other key stakeholders an interactive open house was hosted to gather ideas and envision the future of the Weston Road and Highway 7 area. The vision included a new vibrant, urban mixed use of the community that will be inclusive, connected and future friendly. Ideas such as a public realm, multi-modal, sustainable area and more were addressed that evening. Ideas that will support transit, shopping and amenities, arts, businesses and more were also welcome. The input from the public was greatly appreciated as it will help inform a draft Secondary Plan framework.
