Ontario’s deficit to rise to $12.3B this year: FAO report

Ontario’s financial watchdog released its first economic outlook since Premier Doug Ford took office, and as Richard Southern reports, it did not paint a pretty picture – saying the province’s deficit will rise to $12.3 billion this fiscal year.
