The 2018 Run for Vaughan

On September 30, Canada’s Wonderland graciously hosted the Run for Vaughan 2018 to offer participants a unique race and the opportunity to experience the park like never before! Whether you were a professional runner that enjoys competing in marathons or just enjoy staying active and supporting your community the Run for Vaughan was enjoyable for everyone. The whole family was welcome to run, jog or walk their way to more accessible healthcare! Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua along with Vaughan dignitaries were present to help kick off the run that morning. The Run for Vaughan event is organized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community and promises to bring the members of the entire Vaughan community together to have fun, stay fit and successfully raise funds for Vaughan's new hospital! All proceeds from the event go to the Mackenzie Health Foundation for the new Mackenzie-Vaughan Hospital. This year's Presenting Sponsor was RBC Royal Bank.
