Recovery Month Launch in Vaughan

On September 7th, Caritas celebrated the kickoff of Recovery Month with a breakfast at the Caritas School of Life. Speakers at the event included Tara Edeh from the Canadian Addiction Treatment Centre, Dr. Daryl Gebian and the Minister of Community Safety and Correctional Services, MPP Michael Tibollo. The goal of Caritas is to build awareness, challenge social stigma, and celebrate the role recovery plays in improving lives for individuals, families, and communities.
