Trudeau on NAFTA, tariffs and Trump at UN General Assembly

Justin Trudeau says Donald Trump has insisted repeatedly that punitive U.S. tariffs on Canadian steel and aluminum won’t be an issue under a new NAFTA deal. The Prime Minister spoke Wednesday at the United Nations General Assembly.
