Georgina Advocate
Sept. 21, 2018

I am Georgina-grown, with loved ones in all five wards.

My children attend the same public school I did. We are invested in the community, with a hope of a better more vibrant tomorrow.

In my personal life, I am a volunteer for several charities. I am also a community advocate.

I have stepped up to represent and support residents on several issues, like Bonnie boats, The Ravenshoe Road petition, giving a speech on behalf of Georgina residents to the CRTC, even representing local business on zoning issues.

I also do my part to promote and support local small business, because our community is built on their dedication.

When you have several generations of family in Georgina, its success matters.

In my professional life, I've had a career in specialized transportation and municipal asset management. This has allowed me to gain tremendous infrastructure, budgeting and municipal/regional experience while preparing myself to represent our amazing community.

I am ready, prepared and knowledgeable on what needs to be done.

Some of the issues I will focus on at both the York regional and Georgina council table are:

I believe it's time to move away from career politicians who make promises at election time and don't deliver.
You have the opportunity to elect a strong, knowledgeable and community-minded fresh voice.
I will work hard every day to promote and better Georgina. Please check out my website: www.voteleedale.com.
