Having lived and worked in Markham for over 30 years, I applaud our city’s accomplishment in transforming our neighbourhood into an engaged, diverse and thriving community. We all have a role in building a livable, caring and inclusive city. It’s time to give back and be part of the change.

As your councillor, I will be your access to your city. I am committed to listen to your needs and provide the right and strategic resolution to your citizenry concerns.

Our city functions like any corporation, it needs knowledgeable, competent and visionary directors to help guide the operation and planning of the future. As your ward’s councillor, I have the familiarity to fulfil the role as the board of director for the Corporation of the City of Markham. With years of corporate and entrepreneur practice, I will embrace a positive culture and inspire our city’s staff to continue their excellent service delivery for all our residents needs.

With the changing demographics, I will continue to build on our historical roots, heritage and culture in Unionville and inviting all neighbours to share and participate. I will continue to support all celebration of our past while anticipating prudent and thoughtful future development needs.

As a resident and business owner, I have more reason than most neighbours to ensure a responsible tax levy. Look forward to share my fiscal management and budgetary experience to help with our city’s stewardship of money.
