Hi, bonjour, néih hóu, I’m Rohit Singh and I am a candidate in Ward 1 where I've lived for several years with my wife raising our daughter,  now two years old.  I'm a licensed paralegal and real estate agent by trade.

I would like to bring to Newmarket council a fresh new face that will serve his constituents with honesty, integrity and vision. I am the only candidate in the upcoming election that has years of experience in handling numerous resident issues.

I will make sure to put traffic safety at the top of my priority list and establish a volunteer based community watch program to bring the feeling of community back into Ward 1.

 I urge you to vote for me! My experience serving on the Board of Directors for Newmarket Rotary as the Public Relations Director and the Newmarket Heritage Advisory Board Committee will allow me to understand the issues in our community more deeply.

I will keep every resident in mind at all times at Newmarket Council and I will represent Ward 1 residents with the utmost good faith and honesty.
