Frosinone Calcio of Italy

The Frosinone Calcio of Italy came to Canada to train and play a few games. Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua introduced the first game on Friday July 20, 2018 where the team played against Vaughan League 1. A dinner was then hosted later on that month at the Terrace Banquet Hall in Vaughan with 600 guests in attendance as well as the Vice President of Frosinone Calcio, Vittorio Ficchi. Alfonso Ciasca was the MC for that evening. These events were made possible with the support of many major sponsors: Corriere Canadese, Lido Construction, Greenpark Group, Seven View Chrysler, Villa Di Manno, Carpenters Union, Vaughan Sportsplex II, Master Building Materials, Metric Tile and Marble and Nottawasaga Inn Resort.
