Today, the field just south of Thornhill's Bathurst Clark Resource Library is empty and green with just a few flags marking the development to come, courtesy of Wycliffe Homes, the company that plans to build townhouses.

Just the Facts

• Wycliffe Homes plans to build Wycliffe at the Promenade: 82 townhouses, models ranging from 2,402 square feet to 3,095 square feet.

• Construction is expected to start fall 2018.

• Move in will be late 2019 through spring 2020.

• Prices start from $1,189,900 to $1,299,900.

• Choose between three to six bedrooms; You can also buy a townhouse with an elevator.

• There are no amenities in the project or any parks/playgrounds planned in the future.

• Maintenance fee per unit is $174.95/month.

• Single and double car garages (depending on the model).

• The company has built more than 10,000 homes in 100 communities, including Unionville Estates, Thornhill Green, Wycliffe Estates (Aurora), Ravines of Woodbridge, Unionville Country Estates, Fairways of Woodbridge, Richmond Crossing, Wycliffe Garden Aurora, Wycliffe Georgian Landing and Kleinburg Country Estates.
