Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and Ward 3 City Councillor Rosanna DeFrancesca celebrated the life, commitment and enduring legacy of the late Sonia Meucci Liscio, by posthumously honouring her with the Ward 3 Civic Hero Award on June 5, 2018. The ceremony took place during a meeting of Council’s Committee of the Whole. Accepting on behalf of Sonia Liscio were her husband Rick and their children Alexandria, Marc and Victoria.
