Official Opening of Saputo Tennis Courts

The official opening of Saputo Tennis Courts was on Friday May 25 with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting. The City of Vaughan was able to secure a generous $50,000 sponsorship from Saputo to help in the costs of refurbishing tennis courts located at Torii Park. The sponsorship was coordinated by Vaughan’s Municipal Partnership Office, which is responsible for generating strategic non-tax based revenues for the City through Corporate Partnerships with the goal of enhancing city programs and facilities. The unveiling event marks the first corporate naming of a City facility since the launch of the Corporate Partnership program in 2017.
