Lookup tool lets Georgina residents check municipal voters' list

Residents have until Aug. 30 to make sure they are on voters' list

Wondering if you are on the voters’ list for this fall’s municipal election?

Georgina has an easy was to find out.

Just visit voterlookup.ca and type in your name, date of birth and address.

By logging into the lookup tool, voters can confirm or update their electoral information, add a voter’s name to an address and change school support.

Residents have until Aug. 30 to find out if they are on the list.

Beginning Sept. 4, residents can contact the town’s clerk division at 905-476-4301 or by email at 2018election@georgina.ca with any questions.

Voting day is Monday, Oct. 22.

Voters who require assistive devices are asked to vote at Jersey Public School at 176 Glenwoods Ave. in Keswick or at the ROC at 26479 Civic Centre Rd.

Advance voting takes place on Sept. 29, Oct. 6, Oct. 13 and 18.
