National housing index launched

Yesterday a national partnership of housing organizations launched the 2018 Canadian Rental Housing Index. The index will provide a snapshot of rental housing costs, renter income, affordability trends, and overcrowding in Canadian communities. For example, see the GTA municipalities below.
