Vaughan high-rise tower proposed

At its November 7 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding a zoning bylaw amendment application by VMC Residences III GP (as a general partner and on behalf of VMC Residents III Limited Partnership) (together "VMC"). VMC proposes to build a 55-storey condominium building with 606 residential units at the southwest corner of Millway Avenue and Portage Parkway in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The report recommends that public comments on the application be received, and a final report be prepared.
