Major Mac-Pine Valley townhouses proposed

At its September 19 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning by-law amendments by Valley Major Developments. Valley Major proposes to build 100 threestorey freehold townhouses on a private commonelement condominium road at 4433, 4466 and 4477 Major Mackenzie Drive. The report recommends that the applications continue to be processed and a final report be prepared.
