Weston-Major Mac townhouses proposed

At its September 19 meeting, Vaughan committee of
the whole considered a preliminary report regarding a zoning by-law amendment application by Centra (Major Mack East). Centra proposes to build 30 townhouses at 3850 Major Mackenzie Drive. On an adjacent site at 3836 and 3860 (see preliminary report), Centra proposes to build 64 condominium townhouses. The report recommends that the applications continue to be processed and a final report be prepared.
