8th Annual Portraits of Giving Exhibit Arrives in Vaughan

Portraits of Giving - a unique and motivating exhibit celebrating York Region leaders who give back to their community - is on its 8th Annual York Region wide tour and arrived at Vaughan's City Hall during the month of July. Vaughan Chamber Honourees Anna and Peter Eliopolous, sponsored by National Brokers Insurance Services, were highlighted that month. Organized by Founder and Photographer Karen Merk, whose portraits of this year's 12 outstanding honourees, along with bios written by IC Publishing, celebrate and inspire the importance of giving back to our community.

This 8th year marks a very special year, when in honour of Canada's 150th, the "This Is What Canadian's Do" special exhibit celebrates over 150 leaders across York Region to include three Vaughan Fire Fighters and all Current and Past Vaughan Chamber Chairs. $14,325 was raised this year for our 3 York Region Hospitals bringing the total raised by this initiative to over $43,000!
