Councillor Racco's Annual Ward 4 Movie Night

Families and friends gathered together on July 13th as Councillor Sandra Yeung Racco, along with her remarkable volunteers, hosted her annual Ward 4 movie night inside North Thornhill Community Centre, located on 300 Pleasant Ridge Avenue. This free event was great fun for everyone who attended, especially since Bounce Entertainment was live on location playing music and providing highly entertaining activities for the kids and all the kids-at-heart to enjoy. Attendees were also treated to free pizza, courtesy of Pizza Pizza, and there was also free cotton candy handed out, along with popcorn to grab right before the movie.

The featured film this year that was displayed on a large screen inside the gym of the Community Centre was Moana-which is about an adventurous teenager who sails out on a daring mission to save her people. While the movie was a great hit with the crowd, the event itself proved to be another success this year!
