The Official Opening of Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service Station #7-3

Snapd Woodbridge/Snapd Vaughan East
Aug. 1, 2017

Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service opened a brand new station at 7690 Martin Grove Road on Monday, June 26 at 10 a.m. This was an exciting day for members of the community and, of course, Woodbridge's first responders. Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and York Region Chairman and CEO Wayne Emerson were in attendance along with Members of Local and Regional Council.

This new, environmentally friendly building offers great comfort to citizens in the surrounding area as they have the finest first responders close by. The building has new and state of the art functionality, as well as a water heater the size of a thermostat. At this location, Emergency Medical Services (E.M.S.) and firefighters work together comfortably. The introduction of this new service station was greatly anticipated and will now be greatly appreciated by Woodbridge locals.
