Refusal recommended for Thornhill townhouses

At its June 20 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending refusal of official plan and zoning bylaw amendment applications by 2464879 Ontario (City Park Homes). City Park proposes to build 56 three storey townhouses at 7803 and 7815 Dufferin Street. The report concludes that the applications are not consistent with the draft Dufferin Street and Centre Street area specific policies official plan amendment and should be refused.
