Woodbridge mid-rise apartment proposed

At its June 20 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning by-law amendment applications by 2466571 Ontario. 2466571 proposes to build a nine-storey residential apartment building with 192 units on its site at 31 and 55 Mounsey Street. The report recommends that the application continue to be processed and a final report be prepared.
