Bike Into Spring

Vaughan Public Libraries (VPL), in partnership with the City of Vaughan, Recreation Services, hosted Bike into Spring. The community brought their bikes and helmets to join in the fun at Dufferin Clark Library & Community Centre on April 29. Games, DIY bike maintenance tips, community cycling group information, a trail ride along the Bartley Smith Greenway, storytimes and a children’s bike obstacle course were enjoyed by all.

Event participants included: The City of Vaughan’s By-law and Compliance Services; York Region Cycling Coalition; Active and Sustainable Transportation from the City of Vaughan and the Regional Municipality of York; Pedalheads and velofix Mobile Bike Shop.
