 Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua attended the Grand Opening launch of TOSTO QUICKFIRE PIZZA PASTA, the country’s first “fast premium” restaurant concept serving freshly extruded pasta and hand-crafted authentic Romano pizza dough on April 29th at its new location on 11 Jacob Keffer Parkway! TOSTO serves a real fine dining product, but at a fast food price!

Michael Lublin, Brand VP of MTY Group, the parent company of TOSTO QUICKFIRE, together with the staff welcomed Mayor Bevilacqua, Vaughan Region Police Chief, Eric Jolliffe, City Councillors Sandra Yeung Racco, Rosanna DeFrancesca & Mario Ferri and Members of Parliament, Leona Alleslev, Francesco Sorbara and Gila Martow, as well as many of Vaughan’s notables including Vaughan Film Festival Executive Director Alessandra Piccolo!

Over 100 community movers, shakers and influencers attended the great event sampling TOSTO’s incredibly delicious food & wine offering, all under a spectacular URBAN CHIC contemporary design/environment. The Mayor praised Michael for his entrepreneurial & charitable spirit and presented TOSTO with a cherished citation.
