Vaughan Metropolitan Centre mixed-use development proposed

At its May 2 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by 1834375 Ontario (Rose Garden City). Rose Garden City proposes to build a mixed-use development with 950 residential units in townhouses, midrise and high-rise buildings ranging from five to 22 storeys, at 1890 Regional Road 7. The report recommends that the applications continue to be processed, and a final report be prepared.
