Vaughan’s celebrating its public works employees by throwing a party and you’re invited.
National Public Works Week runs from May 21 to May 27, and the city’s marking the occasion with a flag-raising ceremony on May 23 at 11:30 a.m. at city hall.
The week closes out with the annual National Public Works Day event on May 27 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Joint Operations Centre, 2800 Rutherford Rd.
