YRT and Viva service changes coming April 30

Service changes for York Region Transit and Viva are coming April 30.
Riders are being encouraged to review upcoming route and service changes at yrt.ca that could impact travel plans, including seasonal and frequency adjustments.
Some of the changes include: Woodbine, route 24, there will be frequency adjustments to better accommodate customers’ needs; Bur Oak express, route 303, will add an afternoon trip departing Finch Go bus terminal at 5:50 p.m.; and Vaughan Mills, route 760, service to Canada’s Wonderland has returned.
Note Downsview Station will be known as Sheppard West come May 7.
YRT/Viva is also going paperless and will no longer sell tickets or paper passes come July 1.
Users will purchase fares using a Presto card, the new YRT/Viva Pay app or cash.
