CAA to launch its worst roads contest April 10

In the Halton-Peel-York-Durham category, Vaughan had three of the five worst roads.
Dufferin Street came in second behind Uxbridge's Cedar Street North.
Fourth on the list was King-Vaughan Road and fifth was Hwy. 7.
No other roads in York Region made the list.
Third place went to Zephyr Road in Uxbridge.
Overall, County Road 49 in Prince Edward County is the worst road to drive on in the province.
Next came Algonquin Boulevard West in Timmins, Balmoral Street in Thunder Bay, Algonquin Boulevard East in Timmins, Queenston Street in St. Catharines, Burlington Street East in Hamilton, Lorne Street in Sudbury, Bayview Avenue in Toronto, Dufferin Street in Toronto, while Riverside Drive in Timmins and Water Street in Thunder Bay tied for 10th spot.
The list is a compilation of nominations from drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.
