Mackenzie Health community info session to be held in Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill residents are invited to take a peek at designs for the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital and learn more about Mackenzie Health’s vision for a “smart hospital” at a community engagement session April 25.

The session is being hosted by Ward 4 Coun. David West and will offer an update on Mackenzie Health’s ongoing initiatives to improve the health care experience for patients and their families.

Delivered by Altaf Stationwala, Mackenzie Health’s president and CEO, the presentation will take place at Elgin Barrow Arena Complex, Upper Level “Ed’s Room,” 43 Church St. S.

The public is invited to attend between 7 to 8:30 p.m.

It's part of Mackenzie Health’s regular attempts to reach out to community groups to engage and consult on the planning of future health care.
