The signage announces Phase one of the North Maple Park, which will begin this year. Vaughan Cares has been committed to seeing this Regional Park initiative, after fighting for the closure of the Keele Valley Landfill in 2002. They will continue to be active participants working along with the City of Vaughan to see this park become a reality for the citizens of Vaughan.
