Maple townhouses proposed

At its February 7 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding a zoning bylaw amendment application by Ace Developments (2057 Major Mackenzie Drive). Ace proposes to build 65 stacked back-to-back townhouse units and 6 regular stacked townhouse units at 2057 Major Mackenzie Drive. The existing heritage building, the Joshua Oliver House, is proposed to be retained. The report recommends that the application continue to be processed and a final report be prepared.
