Kleinberg apartments proposed

At its February 7 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning by-law amendment applications by Gatehollow Estates. Gatehollow proposes to build seven and 10-storey apartment buildings with a total of 203 units, as well as 25 townhouses, at 9681 and 9691 Islington Avenue. The report recommends that the application continue to be processed and a final report be prepared.
