Things are looking up in Vaughan. Construction of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, a 125 acre site that will serve as the city’s downtown core is well underway, and its multi-modal transit hub is at 96 per cent completion. Cortel Group is adding value to the future of Vaughan’s central business district with Nord East, the third condominium tower in its Expo City development.

Located at Highway 7 and Highway 400, Nord East will feature a brand new selection of suites and townhomes, including one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom and two bedroom plus den floorplans. The interiors have been thoughtfully appointed by Tomas Pearce, an award-winning design firm whose style is a blend of classic and contemporary.

Nord East will offer an exciting array of social and recreational amenities, including a theatre room, business centre, pet spa, party room, indoor pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. The development is only steps away from Vaughan’s highly anticipated Metropolitan Centre, which will boast upscale shops, gourmet restaurants and plenty of entertainment options.

Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station is expected to begin operations by the end of 2017, and will include TTC service, York Regional Transit, GO Transit and Züm, Brampton’s Bus Rapid Transit. Commuters will appreciate easy access to downtown Toronto and the rest of the York Region, in addition to nearby amenities such as Vaughan Mills, IKEA, Costco, Cineplex Cinemas, Dave and Buster’s and Canada’s Wonderland.
