ICONA Condominiums by The Gupta Group will be Vaughan's first 50+ storey tower

The Gupta Group has announced it will soon launch ICONA Condominiums, which at 53 storeys, will be Vaughan's tallest tower.

Marking the beginning of the high-rise condominium market in one of Ontario's fastest-growing areas, ICONA will ultimately consist of two condominium towers, 51-and 53-storeys each, which will house approximately 1,140 units and include 20,000 sq. ft. of retail at the base.

Located east of Hwy 400 on Hwy 7, the two-tower development will become a commanding presence in the heart of downtown Vaughan, which is rapidly evolving with shops, restaurants and retail, including the addition of the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC).
