At its January 17 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered final report regarding zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by 1539028 Ontario. 1539028 proposes to develop a subdivision with 36 detached dwelling lots on the south side of Kirby Road, west of Kipling Avenue. A provincially significant wetland on the property will be deeded into public ownership as a condition of approval.
