At its January 17 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by Wycliffe Clark Limited. Wycliffe Clark proposes to develop 84 three-storey freehold townhouses within 13 blocks, on lands southwest of Bathurst Street and Clark Avenue West. The report recommends a community consultation be held and a final report be prepared.
