Approval recommended for Woodbridge mixed-use building

At its September 7 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of a zoning by-law amendment application by FCF Old Market Lane 2013.
FCF proposes to build a two-to-seven-storey mixed-use building containing 118 residential units and 705m2 of ground-floor commercial space at 177, 185 and 197 Woodbridge Avenue.
The development will incorporate sections of the Thomas Frazer Wallace house and Dr. Peter McLean House, both of which are listed properties on the city’s heritage inventory.
