Weston-Major Mac townhouses proposed

At its September 7 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding a zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by Celvin Estates.

Celvin proposes to build 24 standard townhouses and 80 back-to-back townhouses on a private condominium road and 17 street townhouses on a public road at 10130 and 10140 Weston Road.

The report recommends a community consultation be held and a final report be prepared.
