Have your say on Canada Post at public meeting

Markham-Stouffville MP Jane Philpott invites everyone to a town hall review of Canada Post services.

The invitation comes as Canada Post issued a 72-hour lockout notice to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), with the possibility of work stoppage on Friday.

The town hall is scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, at 7:30 p.m. at Markham’s Grace Anglican Church, 19 Parkway Ave.

“The review supports a thorough and informed public discussion so that Canadians from coast to coast have a direct say in services they value and need,” the health minister said in a press release.
