At its June 21 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole (public hearing) considered a preliminary report regarding official plan and zoning by-law amendment applications by RioCan Holdings (GTA Marketplace). RioCan proposes to build a mixed-use development at 441 Clark Avenue West comprising a 20-storey apartment building with 226 units, seven townhouses, an eight-storey podium, 976 m2 of ground-floor commercial uses and 427 underground parking spaces. Staff recommends a final report
be prepared.
